Michael Walsh joined Walsh Duffield Companies, Inc. in 1978. As Executive Vice President, he works closely with a broad cross section of clients, both commercial and personal, to help them manage their risk. Prior to joining the agency, Michael worked at Proctor & Gamble and Johnson & Johnson.
Outside of his duties at Walsh Duffield, Michael has been very active in providing leadership at the board level for a number of Western New York non-profit organizations. He has been a long-time board member of and former board chair for both Child & Family Services and the YMCA of Buffalo Niagara; today, he continues to support the Child & Family Services Foundation. In addition, he serves on the board of trustees for Medaille College and Nichols School, and formerly served on the boards of Nardin Academy and the Legal Aid Bureau of WNY. He is also a passionate supporter of the Buffalo Bills and Buffalo Sabres.
Michael is a graduate of Nichols School and earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Yale University in 1974. He and his wife Debbie have two daughters, Demi and Abbe.
